Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Brand Director to lead our marketing efforts in the B2C Software company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to effectively communicate in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products and services in the SaaS tech industry.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives across all channels and markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align brand strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Manage brand budgets and resources to maximize ROI and achieve business targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on the SaaS tech industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate across cultures and geographies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape.
